Web-based Evaluation
For those organizations who feel that a web-based evaluation is more appropriate for their event, a customized web site can be set up that will guide the attendee through the sessions and presenters in chronological order for evaluation.
Demographic and overall questions can be included as well as pre/post test questions to measure learning outcomes.
If professional crediting is offered, a printable certificate can be downloaded after all evaluation steps have been completed. The crediting can even be linked to the actual sessions evaluated.
Administrative access is set up to allow access to real-time reports as well as password and CE/certificate administration.
Evaluation Process
- Customized look with your logo and background color
- Simple access — the site can be accessed via a link from your organization's web site. If you have a "members only" section that is password protected, the attendee can automatically be identified using a single-sign-on approach.
- Exclude/Include session — the system is set up to exclude or include sessions based on payment of a separate registration fee or other qualifications. This feature also works well for events that have separate registration/fees for each day.
- Demographic (pre-event) and/or Overall (post-event) questions
- Custom session objectives — speakers can provide specific learning objectives for their sessions.
